Pet Friendly Rentals

We have properties where a Pet may be accepted. Please note that the decision to allow a Pet is based on the suitability of the individual property, together with the type of Pet and at the Landlord or Letting Agent's discretion.

At the end of the Tenancy you are required to have the Property thoroughly proffesionally cleaned and returned to the condition it was in at the begining of the Tenancy. Any breach of this condition will result in the costs being withheld from your deposit. Failure to clean to an acceptable standard will result in costs being witheld from your deposit. Please be aware that the cost of rectifying any damage to any part of the property is the Tenants responsibility even if the cost may exceed the amount held as security deposit.
