Just so you know......

Holding Fee (which is refundable)

To hold the property for you we ask for a holding fee of £150. If the tenancy is granted this will then be used to make up part of your tenancy deposit.

If you change your mind and don’t complete the tenancy there is no refund. However, if there is a problem with your referencing which we can’t overcome then we refund the holding fee in full. The tenancy is offered subject to vacant possesion.

Note

Please note that we can only commence processing your application once the holding fee have been received in our bank account. Once payment has been received we will then mark the property as let and commence the application process. All property is offered subject to vacant possesion.
