The tradesmen we use are always busy, but they usually attend to non emergency repairs within 14 days. So its important you tell us of a problem as soon as you discover it. In other words... the sooner you report a problem, the sooner we can fix it for you!

Of course if its an emergency they will come as soon as possible.
