Change of Utility Supplier

During your tenancy you may like to change who supplies your Gas and Electricity.

Changes to supplier are allowed under the terms of your tenancy agreement. However please speak to us first.

The installation of a pre-payment meter of any kind is strictly forbidden.

If the property has an Economy 7 or similar special Tarrif this must not be changed as it will permanently disable the heating and hot water.

The cost of rectifying any problem with Utilities suppliers is £50 per hour.
